Each and every client is treated on a personal basis to determine the most appropriate visa for their circumstances. Your enquiry will be personally assessed against current immigration legislation by a Registered Migration Agent.


Using our Services

We take care of the hard work involved in applying for migration to Australia.

Upon engaging Christie David Immigration you will be provided with tailor made checklists for your visa application. If you are migrating with your family they will also receive their own personal checklists. If you are migrating under an employer sponsorship you will be provided with checklists specifically tailored to your position and employer.

You will be provided with guidelines for obtaining all of the required medicals and police checks for your country and we will advise you when to undertake these. Where supporting statements are required, for example letters from friends and family for partner visas; statements regarding your work experience for skilled migration; or letters from prospective employers for business sponsorships, we will provide you with guidelines for drafting these statements and review them before your application is submitted to the Department of Immigration.

A Registered Migration Agent is available to answer any questions you may have throughout the process and treats every client on a personal basis, understanding that each client has different circumstances and varying degrees of understanding of the immigration process.

We offer a seven day turnaround for the preparation of your visa application from the time that we receive all of your documentation and information. We will also certify all copies of your original documents, as required by the Department of Immigration & Citizenship.

Upon receiving your documentation and information we will prepare your forms and write a comprehensive legal submission that will accompany your application. The legal submission provides the Department of Immigration & Citizenship with a clear understanding of how you meet the criteria for the grant of the visa. The application forms do not provide the Department of Immigration & Citizenship with all of this information, the forms only provide your personal details and basic claims for the visa. The legal submission provides you with your best opportunity for meeting the requirements for the grant of the visa by clearly demonstrating how you satisfy all criteria for the visa.

Upon lodging your application we will keep you informed of the progress of your application.

If you are required to attend an interview with the Department of Immigration we can assist you in preparing for the interview and, if in Sydney, attend the interview with you.

Business Visas

Business visas are extremely complex, therefore to ensure that you satisfy the criteria for your visa we will assist you with the preparation of your business plan by reviewing it prior to submitting your application to the Department of Immigration. Christie David Immigration can offer you with guidance in relation to potential businesses you may be interested in purchasing in Australia and their suitability in meeting the visa criteria.

As most business visas are a two stage process we will assist you from the time that you migrate to Australia on a temporary visa to the time that you apply for the permanent visa using our Business Visa Package. It is crucial that you maintain the business in Australia to the standards required for the grant of the permanent visa. We will assist you by providing you with clear guidelines for the maintenance of your business in Australia so that you can apply for the permanent residence visa at the earliest possible time.
